Placing an order

Placing an order means you agree that you fully comply with our terms & conditions. Please read carefully.

Product description

We endeavour to provide clear image and detailed description for each product. The main purpose of this is to give approximate description of the goods. However, HASsigns.co.uk cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the accuracy of the information provided.

Registration & Privacy

When registering with HASsigns.co.uk, you agree that all the information you entered are accurate and up to date. All the personal information provided will be treated in top privacy and confidentiality and will be kept in a secure server. 

The information we collect & how we use them

The information we collect such as name, address, email address, contact number landline/mobile, card details and delivery address (if different from Billing address) will be treated in a top privacy and confidentiality.

All the information collected will be used for:

  • Order processing
  • Delivery
  • To communicate with you about your order
  • To update our records and maintain your account
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence and your contact details

Apart from the reasons mentioned above, HASsigns.co.uk will NOT use your personal information and share with a third party without your prior permission.

Delivery charges

To discover the shipping charge for your order, add the required items to your cart and select your location. Please note shipping is charged at cost. There are no handling charges.

Cancellation of orders

Once an order is placed it goes immediately into production. Therefore, custom orders may be subject to cancellation charges if art or any production has begun. Stock items can be cancelled if the order has not shipped. Once an order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, follow return procedures below.

Payment options

We accept all major credit and debit cards. When placing an order accurate billing address and telephone number must be provided.  Please note the address should match your bank has on file. Address mismatch will cause a delay in processing your order. We can’t process your order unless full authorization is received.

Minimum Order

HASsigns.co.uk has a no minimum order for online purchases.


HASsigns.co.uk provides next day delivery service if the order placed before 3:30pm on a working day. Order placed after 3:30pm will be treated as a next processing day and will be delivered the day after.


HASsigns.co.uk accepts any returns for the reasons mentioned below, but you must inform us immediately if you have decided to return any of our products by using the contact details provided. The items must be returned to us within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Notification of Claims (Shortages, Incorrect goods, Non delivery etc)

Shortages: Claims for shortages, incorrect goods or non delivery of goods must be made within 7 days from the date of shipment. Claims made after 7 days will not be considered.

Wrong item delivered: In rare cases if the wrong item is delivered, you have the full rights to return it to us without affecting your statutory rights. HASsigns.co.uk need to be notified about this within 7 days from the date of shipment and the item must be returned to us within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Faulty/Damaged: Also in rare cases you can return any item that you have received if it’s faulty but you must inform us immediately without a delay by using the contact information provided. Item must be returned to us within 10 days from the date of purchase.

How to return?

It is your responsibility to return the item to us and therefore it is NOT the responsibility of HASsigns.co.uk if the item is lost by any parcel delivery company and NO refunds will be given. HASsigns.co.uk recommends that you send your item via recorded/special delivery to ensure the safe receipt of the item. Our return address is: Unit 1, Olympic Freight Terminal, Bennett Street, Ardwick, Manchester M12 5NL.


  • Custom products cannot be returned unless they were defective at the time of sale.
  • Return of stock product is subjected to a 25% restocking charge.
  • Return Authorization number must be obtained prior to return of any product. This number could be obtained by calling or emailing HASsigns.co.uk. Packages returned without authorization will be refused and not be refunded or exchanged. No exceptions.
  • Returnable products can be returned for either replacement or refund.
  • Replacement or refund is only available for stock products or defective custom product.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, either, refund, exchange or replacement item will be processed within 7 working days.
  • All returned product are inspected upon receipt to confirm replacement or refund amount.
  • Products must be returned within 10 days of sale. No returns will be accepted after 10 days.
  • Products must be in NEW resalable condition to receive a replacement or refund.

Refunds, exchanges and replacements

Once the returned item is received and whatever your decision is, either, refund, exchange or replace the item, it will be processed within 7 working days.
